My Incredible Experience with LensProToGo
What is LensProToGo?
I just rented a Canon RF 600 f4 lens from LensProToGo. This is a very expensive lens so it’s much easier to rent the lens for a short trip. On my recent trip to Costa Rica, I wanted to have a bit more reach for birds and more light for photos in the jungle. So I decided to rent from LensProToGo. Why Rent Gear?
There are a few reasons you might want to rent gear. The first is that you might want to try out a new camera before buying. For example, I have been shooting with Canon for 5-6 years. I have never tried Sony, Nikon etc. I would love to try the Sony A1 to see how it compares to my Canon R3. The best way to get a good idea of what a camera feels like is to rent it for a few days and test it out. Just looking at a camera in a Camera Shop or Online will never give you the feel for a new camera like testing it out.
The second reason is to rent a Lens for a Special Trip. For example, if you are going on a Safari you might want to rent a longer lens like a 600 f4 or an 800 f5.6. These lenses are very expensive to purchase and they are usually lens that you do not use every day so it might make sense to rent them.

1. They include Shipping Both Ways so it’s super easy to return when your rental is over. They even include Tape to help you close the card board box that the Pelican Cases are shipped in.
2. They ship everything in Pelican Cases so you do not need to worry that the Camera or Lenses will break in transit.
3. Customer Support Is Amazing: I had a few question prior to my trip on which lens to rent. I reached out to Customer Service and Micheal answered all my questions. They are not only professional but very friendly. .
4. They also make it very easy to extend your rental just in case you need to keep the camera or lens for a few more days.
